Images from the Big Shark New Town Triathlon are online and available.

There are photos from the swim, bike and in the finish chute.

Because of a lack of visible numbers, photos are sorted in the order they were taken, not in order of finish or by number. We have broken each discipline down into four groups of about 150 photos each. So if you think you were out of the water in the first 1/4 of the athletes, you'd find your swim photos in Swim Group 1 and so on.

In most of the photo groups there are 150 to 200 images. Each page holds 50 of the small thumbnail photos, so in any photo group there only three pages of thumbnail photos. So looking through them should not be too burdensome.

A note about the swim. You'll see that there are no swim exit photos. We tried, sometimes successfully and often not, to capture you swimming not running out of the water. It was an experiment. We'll see how it goes over.

Besides prints we are offering digital image files that are available for download within just an hour or so of an order being placed. These files are available in two sizes. The medium-sized file is ideal for web use, say for a Facebook or My Space page, for storing on an Iphone, your new Ipad, or such things, and for emailing to friends, family, etc.

The medium digital file also makes a great "screen saver" images. It also is a cost-affordable way to be able to make multiple prints up to about 5x7 inches. Once you have the file you can go to any photo center and order all the prints you need.

The large file is a master file of the image will give you the highest quality image possible. If you want several 8x10 or larger prints, this is the file to use.
